Our naughty Elf soft play set, is a perfect addition to your Christmas celebrations, full of wonderful & highly colourful graphics of Elf being mischievous, the kids will love this set, creating excitement & special memories building up to Christmas Day, boasting of 17 different shapes, including circles, triangles & cubes accompanied by our 4ft x 5ft Elf ball pit, filled to the brim with approximately 500 pearlised balls.

We only do free delivery within a 10 mile radius, however subject to our existing bookings & availability we can sometimes go further afield for a small delivery fee, so if you can't see your post code available pops us a message via our contact page please remember to include your party venue postcode, party date & party times.

If your booking for a hall, please contact us first either via our enquiry form or by telephoning us 07852160861, to confirm we can accommodate your desired timings, as we can get restricted with delivery/collection slots at busier times. Once confirmed you can go ahead & book online by simply selecting your date on clicking on the green button.

PLEASE NOTE: When hiring soft play all the balls must be put back in the netted bag supplied ready for collection, if you are hiring at home we only deliver & collect on the doorstep, so you will be required to place the shapes back in the bag as best you can, we do not come into peoples property to set up, we only supply mats if soft play is going on hard flooring, not on carpet as they become more of a trip hazard on carpet.

If hiring at home you have the option to have the soft play delivered the evening before as a morning surprise at no extra cost this will normally happen between 7-9pm depending on our routing & other deliveries on the day, when booking, book for the day of play that you require, and the question regarding evening delivery is further down the booking form so you can let us know there.

Please familiarise yourself with our terms & conditions before booking, as you will be required to sign a copy of these upon delivery of any of our equipment.

We do not allow Face Paint, Henna, Confetti Balloons, Silly String or Party Poppers on any of our equipment, as it stains!!

Please do not allow children to eat or drink on the soft play, because it creates a choking hazard & crumbs get stuck to the Velcro in the bottom of the ball pit, which is extremely difficult to clean, with our Velcro loosing its stickiness.

You will be given a safety chat & risk assessment once all the equipment has been set up for safe play.

*Please note, any outstanding balance needs to be paid the day before via a bank transfer, these details will be sent to you a few days before hand along with your delivery confirmation*
