All risk Assessments & safety guidance are done on delivery.

However Basic Risk Assessments & Rules.
All equipment will be set up as close to an electrical socket as possible, so that the electrical cable does not create a trip hazard, and not in front of a fire exit, if near a fire exit, will we ensure that there is at least a 2ft clear gap, to exit the building if an emergency if needed.
Each inflatable will be supplied with safety crash mats, which will cover any fall off points, these mats will need to be regularly pushed back into place as they will move frequently when users enter & exit the inflatable.
No food or drink is permitted on any of the equipment, as this could create a choke hazard.
No overcrowding on the inflatable, you will be asked about numbers of users & ages upon delivery, as a general guidance to the equipment you have booked, a 12 x 15 castle with users under the age of 5 years, we would allow 6-8 children, children over the age of 5 & up to 9 years of age we would allow 6 children, children aged 10-14 we would allow 4, this is to ensure that children are not colliding into each other & too prevent injury.
Each inflatable will be supplied with sandbags attached, this is too keep the inflatable in place, attachment of sandbags will be pointed out for each inflatable, so a trip hazard is not present.
No children should be allowed to the rear of the inflatables, because of the electrical equipment.
There are only 3 reasons why an inflatable would suddenly start to deflate.
1) Power Cut
2) Somebody either turns the plug off, or the switch on the Blower
3) The Blower tube detaches itself from the blower
In the first instant if you see the inflatable deflating, the main priority is too get the children off as quickly & safely as possible, you will have time, so don't panic, non of our equipment is fast deflating. You will need to then check the above 3 points, it will only be one of them.
If you are having balloons at your event, they will need to be kept away from the blower, as they can get sucked onto the blower, restricting air flow to the inflatable, whilst this make the inflatable seem limp, it wont deflate the inflatable, so balloons will just need to be pushed away from the blower.
No children to play fight on the inflatable.
No children climbing on side walls or rear walls of the inflatable as they could topple over the top, causing injury.
No children climbing on the roof of the inflatable.
All children must be supervised at all times, whilst playing on the equipment.
