As we require 28 days notice to cancel your booking, this £20 fee will cover the cost of your package should you need to cancel within 28 days of when your party is due, minus your £25 booking fee/deposit.
This is the minimum amount of notice that we require to cancel your booking, regardless of the reason why, including Covid & Self Isolation Diagnosis, we will also need proof of a Covid/isolation diagnosis, this is so we have the opportunity to hire the equipment to another customer or to fill your delivery slot.
This is non refundable, so you won’t get this back if your party goes ahead, however for peace of mind, with current circumstances, you may find this useful for the small charge, this will cover the cost of your booking, minus the deposit/booking fee paid.
We are living in a climate where unfortunately there is a lot of uncertainty, so we would highly recommend you consider adding this security net, to ensure that your not having to pay for a party that cannot go ahead, we believe in current circumstances this is a fair option to add to your booking, it protects you & also protects our income.
If you decide not to add our £20 cancellation insurance, & you need to cancel your party with less than 28 days notice, you will be required to pay the full amount outstanding as per our terms & conditions.
The non refundable deposit/booking fee we are happy to transfer to an alternative date within a 3 month period subject to availability, any outstanding balance that is due & not covered by our cancellation insurance is not transferable.
This £20 cancellation insurance can only be used on one occasion, & to clear only one outstanding balance, if you transfer your deposit/booking fee to an alternative date, you would need to purchase another cancellation insurance of £20 to ensure the cover of any cancellation for the new date.

We highly recommend that you take the cancellation policy out with your booking, as Covid rates are still very high, if you choose not to, you agree when confirming that you have read our T&C’s & Covid Policy that in the event of you needing to cancel your party & the hire of our equipment, within 28 days of your hire date that your balance will still be payable.
Once added to your booking, you can change your mind within 24 hours to remove the cover if you wish, if not this will become payable along with your outstanding balance on the Thursday before your event. If you don't take the insurance when booking & then change your mind, we are happy to add it within 24 hours of you placing your booking, it can not be added any later than this, so please do send us an email for us to do it
