We only do free delivery within a 10 mile radius, however subject to our existing bookings & availability we can sometimes go further afield for a small delivery fee, so if you can't see your post code available pops us a message via our contact page please remember to include your party venue postcode, party date & party times.

If your booking for a hall, please contact us first either via our enquiry form or by telephoning us 07852160861, to confirm we can accommodate your desired timings, as we can get restricted with delivery/collection slots at busier times. Once confirmed you can go ahead & book online by simply selecting your date on clicking on the green button.
PLEASE NOTE: When hiring soft play all the balls must be put back in the netted bag supplied ready for collection, if you are hiring at home we only deliver & collect on the doorstep, so you will be required to place the shapes back in the bag as best you can, we do not come into peoples property to set up, we only supply mats if soft play is going on hard flooring, not on carpet as they become more of a trip hazard on carpet.
If hiring at home you have the option to have the soft play delivered the evening before as a morning surprise at no extra cost this will normally happen between 7-9pm depending on our routing & other deliveries on the day, when booking, book for the day of play that you require, and the question regarding evening delivery is further down the booking form so you can let us know there.
Please familiarise yourself with our Terms & Conditions & Covid Policy before booking, as you will be required to sign to say you have read them, by placing your booking with us, you agree to them.
We do not allow Face Paint, Silly Sting, Party Poppers or Confetti Balloons on any of our equipment, as it stains!!
.*Please note, any outstanding balance needs to be paid by 12.00pm the Thursday before your party/event, as we now have to follow rules for contactless delivery & cashless booking, we will send you your delivery & payment information a few days before hand, to make a BACS payment (bank transfer) if you require to make payment by credit card this will have to be done via PayPal, this will incur an extra fee of £5.00 to cover administration charges that PayPal charge us, please let us know if you wish to choose this option & we will send the relevant link for you to complete your payment*
** Your delivery needs to be as contactless as possible for the foreseeable future, is very important that you read all Terms & Conditions & not just sign to say you have read them as you won’t be left a copy on delivery, this is too ensure safe play & too prevent any injuries*
